The Communications Manager will be responsible for designing and executing communication strategies to support the company's vision and maximize the impact of internal and external messages. You will also be tasked with creating and distributing engaging content across the organization's various communication channels.

• University degree in communications, marketing, or any related field;
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in communications, social media, content marketing, or a related field;
• Advanced knowledge of English, both oral and written, to interact daily with suppliers, clients, partners, and colleagues outside of Quebec, many of whom communicate only in English. Must participate in meetings with national teams and English-speaking stakeholders;
• Excellent writing skills in both French and English;
• Knowledge of digital trends, social media algorithms, and content creation tools;
• Creativity, autonomy, attention to detail, rigor, and sense of aesthetics;
• Ability to adapt tone and messages to different audiences;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, and ability to manage priorities;
• Excellent ability to work with various content creation software and web platforms.

What you will do to successfully accomplish this mission

• Promote the company culture through bilingual, engaging, and mobilizing communication strategies;
• Develop and coordinate the deployment of the global corporate communication strategy and ensure its execution (Canada and USA);
• Develop, execute, and analyze communication plans for various initiatives and activities across all geographies, and ensure the consistency of the company's key messages with target audiences;
• Manage all internal and external communications of the company;
• Develop and implement the web and digital communication strategy on social media while ensuring their performance;
• Ensure the consistency of the employer brand across all company activities;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a coherent brand narrative;
• Use analytical data to refine content strategies and amplify successful posts;
• Serve as a media watchdog on the perception of communities regarding the organization;
• Plan and coordinate corporate events and social activities to foster employee engagement.
