What you will accomplish with us

As a Financial Advisor, you will be at the center of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include: Providing professional, rigorous, proactive, and client-focused service.

Ensuring the accuracy and updating of client information.

Performing "Know Your Client" (KYC) updates and opening new accounts.

Formulating investment recommendations and rebalancing portfolios.

Recording client transactions (purchases, transfers, redemptions).

Following up on missing documents required for client file processing.

Maintaining up-to-date client files and information in internal systems.

Documenting all client interactions accurately and promptly.

Responding to client requests within required timeframes and redirecting inquiries as needed.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for a person who:

Has solid knowledge of financial products (mutual funds, FNB, CPG, asset allocation).

Demonstrates a good understanding of industry and compliance requirements.

Shows excellent professionalism on the phone and effectively directs conversations.

Is recognized for their initiative, autonomy, and ability to work independently.

Holds an IFIC certificate or has completed the Securities Trading Course (CSC).

Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or sector.

Is willing to obtain the personal insurance license (LLQP) within the first 12 months of employment (required only in case of transitioning from a contract to a permanent position).

Has advanced proficiency in both French and English, as the advisor will communicate daily with clients from Quebec as well as the rest of Canada and internationally regarding transactions, investments, and client accounts. The workload distribution would be approximately 95% with English-speaking clients and 5% with French-speaking clients.
