RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet and exceed sales goals by providing an exceptional customer experience, offering additional sales, and promoting specials.
• Perforation Excellence: Become a specialist through our training. Perform safe perforations, explain post-perforation care, and reassure customers throughout the process.
• Maintain an attractive, well-organized, and easy-to-navigate store.
• Support your manager by motivating the team and contributing to a positive and dynamic environment.
• Represent the brand by showcasing products and staying on top of fashion trends and social media.
• Support store operations: receiving and handling merchandise, visual merchandising, and assisting with promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their purchases and new perforations on social media.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to perform perforations safely, patiently, and empathetically.
• Knowledge of the POS system.
• Ability to stand and manipulate 25–75 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stretch, climb, and place merchandise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills and reading comprehension.
• Passion for fashion and interest in trends.
• Ability to create trendy looks with products.

Summary

All positions will be paid at the legal minimum wage or a higher rate, depending on the location where the work is performed. The final compensation will be determined based on various factors such as relevant work experience, training, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
