We are currently looking for a Technician – Tenders and Commercial Project Support to contribute to the success of our projects by ensuring the preparation of submissions, the administrative follow-up of tenders, and daily support to our project managers.

What will your days look like?

Tenders

  • Perform daily tender platform monitoring;
  • Prepare submissions and required documentation;
  • Make price requests to suppliers when necessary;
  • Respond to information requests from general contractors;
  • Ensure tracking of purchase orders and shipping reports;
  • Ensure compliance with submission deadline schedules.

Commercial Project Support

  • Prepare documents necessary for project start-up;
  • Create orders in various computer systems;
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of supplier orders;
  • Track deliveries and schedules;
  • Prepare purchase orders for external installers;
  • Prepare contractual documents (insurance certificates, contract terminations, CNESST documents, etc.);
  • Prepare job site extras, end-of-project manuals, and various administrative documents;
  • Provide daily support to project managers.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support, order processing, submission, or project support role;
  • Sense of organization, diligence, and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and provide excellent service;
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written;
  • Knowledge of SAP, AutoQuotes, or an ERP system (an asset);
  • Ability to read and interpret plans (an asset);
  • Good knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and accessories (an asset).
