We are seeking a Marketing Analyst based in Montreal, reporting to the Marketing Analytics Manager for Nespresso. This is a crucial role within Nespresso to develop our understanding of our customers' behavior. The successful candidate will be a data-driven individual responsible for gathering critical business requirements, analyzing large volumes of customer data, and visualizing results to enhance campaign and initiative efficiency and support decision-making across the company.

A Day in the Life of a Marketing Analyst:

As a Marketing Analyst, you will work on providing insights and data for marketing activities and product launches; customer KPI reports and implementation of best practices in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

You Will Also

  • Support the design and planning of promotional activities (target, offer) for all promotional activities and product launches to be carried out during the year.
  • Optimize marketing activities based on consumer knowledge, profiling, and segmentation.
  • Process KPI data and support the implementation of new metrics to strengthen loyalty in existing Business-to-Customer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) bases.
  • Support sales and marketing departments in their analytical needs.
  • Identify key trends influencing consumer behavior, such as consumption and loyalty.

As a successful candidate, you will need to be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Ideally, you will have strong skills in analyzing large volumes of data and communication skills to clearly present complex data.

  • University degree or equivalent experience in business administration or statistics, with an emphasis on consumer analysis and marketing.
  • 2 years of experience in an analytical role, including data analysis and statistics, business intelligence, and marketing information.
  • Bilingual in English and French is required, as this position involves collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian (and/or global) market.
  • Experience with statistical software and/or SQL and Power BI programming.
  • Good understanding of customer segmentation and targeting methodologies required.
  • Ability to transform data and information into profitable business recommendations.
