May include the following and other duties as assigned:
Perform assembly and sub-assembly of medical devices, ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive operations.
Follow written or verbal work instructions and diagrams to assemble products to specification.
Use a variety of equipment and tools to complete tasks.
Conduct assembly testing and make continuity checks on in-process and finished products.
Perform quality checks in accordance with established specifications and procedures.
Disassemble, rework, reassemble, and test components as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
Accurately create, pick material, and close Job Orders in the ERP system.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and report quality issues using the ERP system.
Assist with other related tasks as needed.
Essential requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer literacy, including experience with ERP systems (an asset)
Proficiency in French
Ability to understand instructions in English
Ability to work in a controlled work environment including the mandatory use of PPE including protective eyewear and gowning
