Pharmacy Chief Technical Assistant

We are looking for a Chief Technical Assistant (ATP) to join our team.

In addition to the tasks required of an ATP, the Chief ATP must manage the schedule according to the needs of the pharmacy. They must also implement the protocols required by the OPQ and maintain the appropriate level. They are also responsible for training new employees and hiring with the pharmacist-owner.

The candidate must have a short to long-term vision of laboratory management in concert with the pharmacist-owner. They must be able to maintain a favorable work environment and appropriate customer service.

Experience in management is an asset, as well as experience as an ATP.
