As a Competency Development Advisor, you will play a key role in defining and deploying learning strategies to support the integration of changes, the development of skills, and employee engagement.

You will contribute to evolving knowledge management and talent development practices to support IAAH and Prysm contact centers in their digital transformation, automation of activities, and improvement of the employee-customer experience.

What you will accomplish with us

As a Competency Development Advisor, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

Develop and implement development paths integrating training and career paths to support employee evolution in a changing context.

Define and deploy support strategies for agents and experts, ensuring the application of best practices in competency development.

Design innovative learning strategies to meet the current and future needs of contact centers, ensure the evolution of training programs, and support the achievement of organizational objectives.

Collaborate with business sectors to develop and evolve skill profiles based on organizational needs and employee development.

Design and implement tracking mechanisms and evaluation tools for skill acquisition to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and promote continuous improvement.

Optimize knowledge management practices and contribute to the definition of a learning ecosystem adapted to the needs of the modern learner.

Act as a strategic partner in organizational projects by conducting impact analyses and developing the necessary learning and support strategies for change integration.

Lead, within multidisciplinary teams, the entire competency development process, from needs analysis to post-training evaluation.

Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the sector by contributing to the work of various committees and working groups, recommending optimization paths, and facilitating co-development groups.

What could accelerate your success in this position

We are looking for someone who:

Is recognized for their expertise in competency development, pedagogical design, and learning strategy development;

Stand out for their ability to analyze complex issues and design learning and change management strategies in an organizational transformation context;

Demonstrates strong relational, communication, and collaboration skills that foster the development of trust-based partnerships;

Is recognized for their influence leadership, adaptability, and ability to support change in evolving environments;

Is recognized for their understanding of the operational realities of property damage insurance and indemnification;

Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in competency development, including pedagogical design, training design, and measurement of learning transfer;

Also has project management experience and experience in contact center environments or the indemnification sector in property damage insurance, which are assets for this position;

Holds a trainer certification or equivalent expertise. A university degree in a relevant field and a coaching certification are also assets.

Proficiency in the Articulate 360 suite is an asset.
