Job Duties
As a member of the Personal Banking and Small Business team, you will use your knowledge of financial products and services to help clients meet their everyday banking needs. As a Customer Service Representative, whether it's answering questions, helping clients complete a transaction, or proactively connecting clients with team members best suited to meet their needs, you will provide first-line support to clients in achieving their financial goals. You must be able to work during banking center hours, including evenings and weekends. To promote the delivery of an exceptional customer experience, you must be able to work at different banking centers located at a reasonable distance.

How to Succeed
- Client Engagement – Help clients manage their accounts and products. Prioritize each client's experience and ensure every interaction is meaningful. Connect clients with the right CIBC team members who can help them achieve their goals.
- Problem Resolution – Listen to the client, ask questions, and put yourself in their shoes. Act as an owner by taking responsibility for clients' issues and know when it's best to rely on others to collaboratively develop a better solution.
- Leveraging Technology – Become a technology specialist. Share knowledge by presenting our mobile banking applications to clients, enabling them to better manage their banking needs.
