Clinical Nurse — Home Care (UVO)

UVO Home Care is recruiting registered nurses and clinical nurse practitioners (OIIQ) to provide home care services in Quebec, with the support of collective prescriptions and the medical team from the Clinique Omicron network.

Main Tasks

• Assessment of health status, planning and delivery of nursing care
• Blood draws, dressings, vaccinations, education, and follow-ups
• Implementation of collective prescriptions; clinical coordination of the file (Medfar/Myle)

Qualifications

• Active member of the OIIQ; up-to-date RCR
• No criminal record related to employment; valid driver's license and vehicle
