As part of your internship, you will contribute to
Perform various administrative tasks to support our teams of new aircraft sales contract negotiation and contract management, including:
- Prepare invoices.
- Compile approvals and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Generate reports highlighting deviations from the standard contract text ('boilerplate').
- Update various databases and governance records.
- Participate in various governance meetings.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
What we are looking for
- You are enrolled in a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or equivalent.
- You are available to work from September to December 2026, with the possibility of extension.
- You can commit to working at least 20 hours per week during this period.
- You are bilingual (with excellent oral and written English proficiency).
- You are capable of managing ambiguity in teamwork.
- You are results-oriented and detail-oriented.
- You have strong research and analytical skills.
- You are creative and have good presentation skills.
- You have solid computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
