The Role

• Always provide optimal customer service to current and potential customers
• Add value to the customer's shopping experience
• Make product recommendations
• Provide, enter and track customer price and order requests.

The Candidate

• Have a minimum of two years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of health and safety equipment
• Knowledge of tools (an asset)
• Functional English, spoken and written.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Responsible and adaptable
• Problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented and a willingness to always provide superior service
• Demonstrated skills in planning and organizing work
• Good team spirit
