Your role
- As a Pre-Arrangement Advisor, you will guide families in planning their funeral arrangements and cemetery products, offering tailored solutions to their needs and circumstances.
- You will be called upon to:
- Advise families and analyze their needs to propose personalized solutions;
- Develop your client portfolio and generate new business opportunities;
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with families and cultural communities;
- Ensure follow-ups with families and potential clients;
- Participate in representation and networking activities;
- Perform administrative follow-ups related to sales and client files.

- You are a person who:

Qualifications
- High school diploma (DES);
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, ideally in the sale of services;
- Demonstrated history of success in business development and achieving objectives;
- Bilingualism essential (French and English);
- Any other language is an important asset;
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required;
- Good mastery of computer tools (Word, Excel, Internet, and computer systems).
