During your internship, you will contribute to
Perform various administrative tasks in support of our New Aircraft Sales Contract Negotiation and Contract Management teams including:
- Prepare invoices
- Compile approvals and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Generate reports that outline deviations from a contractual ‘boilerplate’ text.
- Update various governance databases and logs.
- Participate in various governance meetings.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as may be requested from time to time.
What we are looking for
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or equivalent.
- You are available to work from September to December 2026 with a possibility to extend.
- You can commit to working at least 20 hours per week from September to December 2026.
- You are bilingual (with strong English speaking and writing skills).
- You can deal with ambiguity when working with team members.
- You are goal and detail oriented.
- You possess good research \& analytical skills.
- You are creative and have good presentation skills.
- You have strong computer knowledge: knowledge of Microsoft Office is a requirement, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
