During your internship, you will contribute to

Perform various administrative tasks in support of our New Aircraft Sales Contract Negotiation and Contract Management teams including:

  • Prepare invoices
  • Compile approvals and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Generate reports that outline deviations from a contractual ‘boilerplate’ text.
  • Update various governance databases and logs.
  • Participate in various governance meetings.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as may be requested from time to time.

What we are looking for

  • You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or equivalent.
  • You are available to work from September to December 2026 with a possibility to extend.
  • You can commit to working at least 20 hours per week from September to December 2026.
  • You are bilingual (with strong English speaking and writing skills).
  • You can deal with ambiguity when working with team members.
  • You are goal and detail oriented.
  • You possess good research \& analytical skills.
  • You are creative and have good presentation skills.
  • You have strong computer knowledge: knowledge of Microsoft Office is a requirement, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
  • Duration: 4 months
  • Flexible workplace-Hybrid

*It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.*
