We are currently looking for a nurse technician or clinical nurse with experience or a strong interest in occupational health and CNESST case management to join our team.

In close collaboration with our human resources department, you will play a key role in injury prevention, worker support, and case management in a manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Assess workers following an accident or injury.
• Actively participate in injury prevention in a manufacturing environment.
• Manage CNESST case files and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Complete and follow up on various administrative forms and documents related to CNESST cases.
• Work in partnership with the human resources department to promote safe and effective return to work.
• Intervene professionally in various situations requiring judgment, autonomy, and adaptability.

Desired Profile

• DEC or Bachelor's degree in nursing sciences.
• Member in good standing of the OIIQ.
• Relevant experience in occupational health and CNESST case management (major asset).
• Good knowledge of forms and administrative processes related to CNESST.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and demonstrate autonomy.
• Team spirit, professionalism, and excellent judgment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Personal vehicle required.
• Residing on the south shore is an asset as it is approximately 45 minutes or less from Saint-Nicolas (Quebec) or willing to commute daily.
