Reporting to the Store Manager, your primary objective as a Team Lead is to contribute to the success of your store by fostering a positive shopping experience for every customer, which will help establish and maintain significant and long-term relationships with each customer. In this role, you play a crucial part in the daily operations of the store. You contribute to inventory management optimization, sales growth, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining brand and visual/merchandising standards, as well as store directives.

You also contribute to stock management by processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, and handling e-commerce orders. You are an integral part of your store's success! Qualifications:

• High school diploma; post-secondary studies in business or a related field, an asset.
• 2 years of experience in the retail industry, an asset.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in the retail sector.
• Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Enjoy having things organized.
• Be curious and creative, and look for ways to simplify processes and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Be an engaged team player, always proactive in task execution.
• Skills with social media, mobile devices, and computers, an asset.
• Available to work in a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) as needed for business.
