We are currently looking for an HR Advisor to join our team at our Beauceville plant. Under the supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Advisor's main responsibilities include supporting the HR Manager in managing various HR-related files such as CNESST cases, francization, hiring, and employee file administration and management, while responding to the needs of employees and managers.

  • Be a trusted resource for employees and managers by answering their HR questions and guiding them to the right solutions;
  • Ensure the medical-administrative follow-up of CNESST, disability, and return-to-work files;
  • Actively contribute to corporate HR initiatives, including diversity, equity, inclusion, and performance management;
  • Coordinate job postings and support recruitment activities as needed;
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, practices, and legal obligations;
  • Promote a culture of health, safety, and prevention through the implementation of engaging activities and initiatives;
  • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on training activities, including those related to the Act Favouring the Development and Recognition of Workers' Skills;
  • Serve as an ambassador for workplace well-being by contributing to initiatives that foster employee engagement and quality of life;
  • Participate in the promotion of employee recognition and appreciation programs.

When Your Expertise Propels Us Forward

  • You hold a university degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or a related field;
  • You are a member of the CRHA or CRIA (an asset);
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR role;
  • You stand out for your listening skills, professionalism, discretion, and quality of interpersonal relationships;
  • You communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
  • You are recognized for your organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
  • You demonstrate initiative, dynamism, sound judgment, and a strong collaborative spirit;
  • You have experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, particularly in a unionized setting (an asset);
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • You have excellent French skills and an intermediate level of English.
