What You Will Accomplish With Us

- , you will be at the center of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional, thorough, proactive, and client-need-focused service.
- Ensuring the accuracy and updating of client information.
- Performing "Know Your Client" (KYC) updates and opening new accounts.
- Formulating investment recommendations and rebalancing portfolios.
- Recording client transactions (purchases, transfers, redemptions).
- Following up on missing documents required for client file processing.
- Keeping client files and information up to date in internal systems.
- Accurately and quickly documenting all interactions with clients.
- Responding to client requests within required timeframes and redirecting inquiries as needed.
- What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role
- We are looking for a person who:
- Possesses a strong knowledge of financial products (mutual funds, GICs, RRSPs, asset allocation).
- Demonstrates a good understanding of industry and compliance regulations.
- Exhibits excellent professionalism on the phone and effectively directs conversations.
- Is recognized for their initiative, autonomy, and ability to work independently.
- Holds an IFIC certification or has completed the Securities Industry Course (SIC).
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or sector.
- Is willing to obtain the Life and Health Insurance License (LLQP) within the first 12 months of employment (required only in case of transitioning from a contract to a permanent position).
- Speaks French and English at an advanced level, as the advisor will daily communicate with clients from Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally regarding transactions, investments, and client accounts. The workload distribution would be approximately 95% with anglophone clients and 5% with francophone clients.
