Job Description The essential responsibilities and functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Assess store limitations, needs, and architecture to improve product presentation;
  • Ensure stores are beautiful and stocked for opening;
  • Establish a rotation for stocking;
  • Stay informed about item quantities to order;
  • Label items;
  • Execute and collaborate with the Store Layout Coordinator on long-term and short-term merchandising strategies;
  • Reinforce the brand strategy established at headquarters with the sales team;
  • Execute product and lighting merchandising throughout the store and in the display window;
  • Communicate visual presentation standards to the sales team;
  • Stay up-to-date on upcoming new collections and newsletters;
  • Establish a plan for matching new arrivals;
  • Train store teams on maintaining visual presentation standards.

Qualifications SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • High school diploma or certificate in interior design or visual merchandising;
  • Experience in visual merchandising (2 years);
  • Ability to work with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AutoCAD;
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
