Cultivate, grow, and manage relationships with a network of client referral sources and new leads to generate opportunities for new mortgage sales and increase BMO's share in the housing finance market. Actively identify sales opportunities and recommend them to colleagues, if necessary. Design and implement effective marketing and sales programs to drive organizational results. Adhere to general policies, operational guidelines, and legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Generally three to five years of relevant professional experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of the mortgage loan approval process and applicable regulatory requirements.
