What You'll Do

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• You will lead, train, and supervise the internal sales teams, sales counter operations, and warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, inventory management, and other handling activities.
• Manage all branch operations to ensure that superior service levels are met every day.
• Cultivate and manage key business relationships.
• Identify new product/business opportunities based on customer needs.
• Plan and organize the branch to achieve sales, operating profit, and company objectives.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers.
• Manage weekly work schedules and labor costs for associates.

What You'll Bring

• 3 to 5 years of experience in team and staff management
• Knowledge of industry products (plumbing and HVAC/R) required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and build a high-performing team
• Demonstrated ability to meet goals in a highly competitive market
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
