Head Chef

Plan, direct, and supervise the food service to offer balanced and delicious meals to the residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus and manage allocated budgets.
• Supervise, train, and mentor the kitchen team.
• Ensure inventory management and quality of supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities according to hygiene standards.
• Propose improvements to optimize services.

Your profile

• Culinary diploma and MAPAQ certificate.
• Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years.

Schedule
