Wood Court Clerk

The incumbent welcomes and effectively responds to clients' needs in the wood court in a personalized and courteous manner. They confirm the accuracy of orders and follow up on complaints and returns. They receive merchandise from various suppliers using a forklift. They restock shelves, manage inventory, and check for damages. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining the court by keeping service areas free of residues, debris, snow, and adhering to health and safety at work norms and procedures.
