The data integrity service of the heavy vehicle division is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficient management of data and information in various product management, supply, inventory, and web platform systems.

To this end, the sought-after analyst takes charge of the initiatives for examining and analyzing data and its enrichment (correction, monitoring, and maintenance of all types of data related to the understanding and sale of an item: attributes, UPC code, etc.), taking into account the interrelationships between the various departments involved (operations, product management, supply, marketing, IT support, etc.).

More specifically, you will have to:

  • Report and investigate all problematic situations regarding data integrity with the different internal partners;
  • Identify, define, consolidate, and analyze the data required for the improvement and implementation of solutions;
  • Update product assortments and ensure that all relevant information is present;
  • Participate in all projects of the Division involving the product chain and ensure that data compliance rules are considered;
  • Implement and maintain up-to-date procedures necessary for the smooth running of activities to ensure information integrity.

Qualifications

  • To join our team, you must have, among other things:
  • A college or university degree in one of the following fields: information management, operations management, business administration, computer science, or another related field;
  • Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in a department related to supply or information management;
  • A good understanding of distribution and a good mastery of supply management, product information management (PIM) systems, and data analysis tools;
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written. In this role, you will regularly collaborate with internal clients across Canada;
  • Excellent mastery of the MS Office suite, including in-depth knowledge of Excel, macros, and Access databases;
  • Strong attention to detail, precision in data processing, and rigorousness.
