Your Mission

Reporting to the Service Director, the Project Manager in Optimization is responsible for planning, coordinating, and completing projects aimed at improving the performance, energy efficiency, and operation of clients' buildings. They ensure the smooth execution of mandates, from needs analysis to the implementation of solutions, in collaboration with multidisciplinary experts.

Through their role, they directly contribute to creating value for the company and its clients by offering concrete, sustainable, and tailored solutions to their objectives. They operate in a stimulating environment where projects are diverse, teamwork is central, and they build lasting relationships with an established clientele.

Your Responsibilities

  • Understand the project environment, client needs, building level, and required technical level to deliver a project that meets all levels.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, project teams, and sales representatives to ensure a good understanding of objectives and expectations.
  • Attend governance meetings with the client and representatives when required.
  • Be able to identify and report upstream issues to make the required decisions at the right time and minimize impacts on project execution.
  • Align team priorities according to project schedules to ensure smooth operations and deadline adherence.
  • Implement execution methods to facilitate the smooth running of the project.
  • Exercise leadership over internal teams (Representative, Estimator, Technician, Designer, Electrician, Programmer) to address project challenges, fostering a collaborative climate.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, deadlines, quality, and contractual commitments.
  • Take charge of optimization projects from the receipt of the purchase order to their closure and until the end of the warranty period.

  • Experience in building mechanics, automation, or any other relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building mechanics or automation.
