Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance between construction sites and the administrative office;
• Respond to requests from construction site employees and professionals;
• Ensure the construction site is progressing at the right pace;
• Communicate with various project professionals; Surveyors, Engineers, etc.
• Make the required purchases for project compliance such as submissions
• Prepare estimates for project amendments
• Ensure that engaged subcontractors meet the requirements; deadlines, prices, etc.
• Control the budget evaluated for the entire ongoing project
• Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Hold a certificate or diploma from a vocational school in plumbing.

Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
