Delivery Driver

Full-time day shift - Monday to Friday between 25-30 hours per week

In their daily tasks, this person will be required to

• Deliver merchandise according to the associated purchase order;
• Follow traffic laws and remain courteous at all times;
• If necessary, pick up the merchandise corresponding to the associated purchase order;
• Ensure the loading and unloading of their vehicle to guarantee the good condition of the merchandise in terms of quality and quantity;
• Provide impeccable customer service;
• Sign the documentation for the client and administer it according to the internal protocol;
• Determine their route based on priorities and time optimization;
• Assist the inventory-warehouse team;
• Ensure the good condition of the vehicle and perform weekly inspections;
• Schedule vehicle maintenance.

We would like to work with someone who

• Has a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a truck driver/delivery person
• Possesses a valid driver's license and proof of their SAAQ driving record
• Is meticulous, resourceful, and has a sense of organization
• Is courteous, professional, and polite
• Is familiar with the city of St-Jean and its surroundings (a major asset)
