• Main responsibilities:
• Estimation
• Read and analyze plans, estimates, and addenda;
• Calculate the quantities required for projects;
• Participate in the development of implementation methods;
• Obtain and analyze prices from suppliers and subcontractors;
• Prepare submissions using estimation software (CMEQ);
• Analyze risks and implementation constraints;
• Participate in the review and finalization of submissions;
• Perform any other related tasks.
• Project Management
• Ensure coordination of projects from contract award to completion of work;
• Organize project kick-off meetings;
• Establish and monitor schedules;
• Collaborate with field teams, suppliers, and various stakeholders;
• Ensure adherence to costs, deadlines, and quality standards;
• Ensure rigorous follow-up throughout the execution of work;
• Perform any other related tasks in project management.
• Desired profile
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in electrical estimation and/or project management;
• Good knowledge of CMEQ tools;
• Experience with BSDQ and SEAO platforms;
• Leadership, autonomy, and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure;
• Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations in the construction industry.

Salary: Starting at $75,000 per year
