Site Supervisor

Lixm Entrepreneur Général inc is a company specializing in commercial, institutional, and industrial construction. Lixm stands out for its dynamism, expertise, and adaptability, which enable it to deliver high-quality projects to the satisfaction of its clients. The site supervisor will manage construction sites for a restaurant chain undergoing significant expansion. The first project is in Brossard, with several others planned for the south shore of Montreal.

As the leader on the construction site, the site supervisor's primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth progress of the project. The site supervisor will have the opportunity to work on unique and diverse projects across various sectors of the construction industry. Specifically, the tasks will include:

• Planning and managing the required personnel to achieve optimal productivity.
• Coordinating the various stages of internal work and subcontractors.
• Ensuring the project adheres to the schedule.
• Ensuring the project complies with the client's plans and estimates.
• Maintaining a harmonious working relationship among all parties on the site.
• Ensuring all CNESST regulations and laws are followed on the site.
• Maintaining daily documentation of the construction site.
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Compensation: $65.00 per hour

Education
