Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility is an asset.
• Proficiency in construction techniques (mandatory), decontamination, drying, partial demolition, etc. (IICRC training is an asset).
• Ability to assemble, read, and interpret plans and estimates (mandatory).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Good stress management during busy times.
• Adopt a professional approach with insurers and condominium managers, and ensure smooth communication between all parties.
• Respect for deadlines and insurer protocols.
• Valid driver's license (mandatory for site visits).

Employment type: Full-time.

Compensation: Starting at $35.00 per hour.
