Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret documents for project execution
- Calculate the required materials and associated costs for projects
- Monitor various projects, evaluate deadlines
- Collaborate with the various stakeholders involved in project execution
- Conduct site visits on construction sites as needed
- Other related tasks
Requirements
- Education in architecture or building design, or equivalent experience
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in construction estimating
- Time management, negotiation, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $95,825.75 to $115,675.95 per year
