The Beaucage Group, one of the top 3 automobile dealership consolidations in Quebec, is looking for a sales consultant to join its team. The person sought will be responsible for performing sales consultant tasks and handling the entire financing and delivery process.

• Your Main Tasks:
• Your role is to welcome clients who come to the dealership and determine their needs to effectively advise them.
• Know and apply the company's and manufacturer's policies and procedures.
• Know and regularly research the particularities of the vehicles offered on the market.
• Be able to clearly explain the various financing options available.
• Process loan applications and track disbursements.
• Complete the necessary documents and prepare the file for vehicle delivery.
• Make follow-up calls to the customer base and track deliveries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the experience.
• Participate in vehicle snow removal during the winter season.
• Be present at promotional events.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

• Be passionate!
• Experience in the sales field or good customer service skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry (asset).
• Bilingual (asset).
• Valid driver's license (essential).
• Be professional and have good work ethics.
• Positive, dynamic attitude, focused on teamwork and self-improvement.
