Your main responsibilities

  • Enter data into the system regarding the ordering of circular items and placements, under the approval of managers and directors;
  • Perform weekly checks on pending and upcoming purchase orders;
  • Conduct cyclic inventory counts and maintain daily negative inventory;
  • Analyze inventory discrepancies and imbalances when required;
  • Enter and manage orders;
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist tasks as needed;
  • Establish and maintain manual and computerized filing systems for information files;
  • Track and maintain sub-location of inventory;
  • Monthly check of obsolete and inactive inventory;
  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory and revalidate established minimums and maximums, as needed;
  • Perform the printing of display labels;
  • Collaborate with the receiving clerk on various tasks, such as receiving and merchandising;
  • Collaborate with establishment directors or managers on various tasks, as needed;
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.
  • Basic knowledge of the ERP OGASYS system is an asset.

Qualifications sought

  • Professional studies diploma (DEP) in administration or a relevant field (an asset);
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a purchasing clerk;
  • Excellent French language skills, both oral and written. Intermediate English;
  • Knowledge of the ERP OGASYS system (an asset);
  • Experience in inventory management (an asset).
