Your main responsibilities
- Enter data into the system regarding the ordering of circular items and placements, under the approval of managers and directors;
- Perform weekly checks on pending and upcoming purchase orders;
- Conduct cyclic inventory counts and maintain daily negative inventory;
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and imbalances when required;
- Enter and manage orders;
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist tasks as needed;
- Establish and maintain manual and computerized filing systems for information files;
- Track and maintain sub-location of inventory;
- Monthly check of obsolete and inactive inventory;
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory and revalidate established minimums and maximums, as needed;
- Perform the printing of display labels;
- Collaborate with the receiving clerk on various tasks, such as receiving and merchandising;
- Collaborate with establishment directors or managers on various tasks, as needed;
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
- Basic knowledge of the ERP OGASYS system is an asset.
Qualifications sought
- Professional studies diploma (DEP) in administration or a relevant field (an asset);
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a purchasing clerk;
- Excellent French language skills, both oral and written. Intermediate English;
- Knowledge of the ERP OGASYS system (an asset);
- Experience in inventory management (an asset).

- Team spirit and analytical ability;
- Good mastery of the basics of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), calculation formulas, Pivot Tables;
- Punctuality, reliability, and diligence;
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and thoroughness;
- Excellent communication skills.

- Compensation: $21.00 to $23.50 per hour
