Toundrigo Group is a fantastic adventure of travel enthusiasts in Canada and the United States who have turned their passion into a career. Our group consists of 5 brands, 5 strong identities that operate in the adventure travel, group travel, individual travel, and Incentive travel sectors.
We are currently looking for a group travel advisor for our brand specializing in group travel (Receptour Canada) who will be our strong link between our travel agency partners worldwide and our Sales Department.
The candidate must possess a good sense of customer relations and commercial acumen as they are the main contact for our partners. They must demonstrate organization, a good analytical capacity, and reactivity to make quick decisions.

General Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty on the short, medium, and long term
- Receive group travel requests and verify their compliance
- Respond to requests by preparing quotes within relatively short deadlines (24 to 48 hours)
- Research and analyze suitable proposals, taking into account the client's wishes and needs, as well as the feasibility of the project
- Prepare quotes, proposals, day-by-day programs, and sales emails accompanying the quotes
- Follow up on requests: fill out CRM tracking tables, make follow-ups
- Provide commercial follow-up on sent quotes to maximize sales
- Inquire with suppliers about availability and negotiate rates if necessary
- Transmit confirmed files to the purchasing and operations department for the realization of services
- Coordinate modification requests with agencies and the operations department
- Manage after-sales service (possible disputes) with clients
- Manage customer service before, during, and after the trip
- Manage phone coverage for one week (7 days/7) in rotation with the teams
- All other related tasks
Required Skills

- Know how to prioritize tasks, organize, anticipate, and optimize your work
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and a developed sense of listening
- Have a strong taste for challenge and result optimization
- Adaptability; we are looking for the rare pearl who can manage several projects at the same time
- Adaptability to a constantly evolving environment
- Understand the expectations and needs of your interlocutors
- Knowledge of North American tourist zones and their attractions
- Attention to detail, meticulousness, analytical spirit, critical thinking
Requirements
- Excellent mastery of spelling and excellent written and oral expression in French and English
- Knowledge of a third language is an asset (Spanish, Italian)
- Mastery of the Office suite
- Sales experience is desired
- Tourism experience is desired
- Tourism training is an asset
