Cintas is seeking a Sales Representative who will focus on developing business-to-business accounts for our Institutional Services division. The responsibilities of the Sales Representative include prospecting, direct solicitation, scheduling appointments with potential clients, presenting programs, and achieving a sales quota. Sales Representatives will transport product samples to make sales presentations to clients. Cintas offers a comprehensive sales training program covering product knowledge, mentoring, sales processes, and business development strategies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate revenue and achieve sales goals.
Develop and validate sales leads within their respective territory to create additional sales opportunities through direct solicitation campaigns and identifying sales leads.
Gather and utilize commercial information on potential clients to prepare and support sales calls and visits, product presentations, and to generate new sales.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education (+11 years)
Have a minimum of one year of sales experience or have completed and successfully passed a comprehensive Cintas sales training program.
Hold a valid and up-to-date driver's license.
Preferences
Hold a bachelor's degree
Have experience in business development, business-to-business (B2B), for prospecting new clients.
Show an entrepreneurial spirit, be goal-oriented and motivated.
Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet and internet usage, and contact management system usage.
