Your playing field

• Answering calls
• Welcoming customers with a smile and helping them find exactly what they need.
• Searching, identifying, and ordering the right parts.
• Following up on customer requests.
• Preparing parts for deliveries.
• Keeping the parts department clean and well-organized (a lost part is just another mission!).
• Collaborating with the entire team to keep operations running like a well-oiled machine.
• Developing and retaining customers with the sales team.
• And of course… completing several other related tasks.

In short… you won't be looking at the clock all day!

We'd like to meet you if…

• Customer service is in your blood.
• You have experience in selling parts or a DEP in counseling and selling parts for motorized equipment.
• You keep your cool when things get busy.
• You can handle multiple files without losing your way.
• You are bilingual or have advanced English.
• Most important?

Salary: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
