Meat Counter Clerk

We are looking for a Meat Counter Clerk in our Magog store. The ideal candidate should be available to work between 25 and 35 hours per week, including weekends. The role involves cutting and serving various cold meats and cheeses. They will introduce new products to customers and promote special items.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Cut various types of cold meats and cheeses;
• Provide exceptional, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times;
• Use kitchen tools and equipment safely;
• Innovate in product presentation;
• Ensure exceptional product quality;
• Rotate merchandise on counters;
• Follow and apply food safety standards and procedures;
• Clean and maintain work areas, sales areas, tools, and equipment;
• Other related tasks.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a retail setting (an asset);
• Experience with cheeses (an asset);
• Impeccable customer service;
