Social Media Manager

Joliette Security Group is looking for a passionate Social Media Manager with a knack for digital communications and content creation to help shine its various businesses and brands.

Part-time position, one day per week (daytime), with the possibility of splitting the hours into two blocks during the week according to the availability of the selected candidate.

Students in marketing, communication, business management, multimedia, or related fields are welcome!

Work Location 1265, rue de Lanaudière, Joliette

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms;
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar;
• Produce visuals, photos, videos, and promotional posts;
• Ensure active and engaging presence on social media;
• Respond to messages and comments as needed;
• Participate in highlighting the company's products, services, achievements, and events;
• Monitor digital trends and propose new content ideas;
• Analyze post performance and recommend improvement strategies.
• Desired Profile
• Excellent written French;
• Creativity, autonomy, and initiative;
• Good knowledge of major social media platforms;
• Ease in creating photo and video content;
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (an asset);
• Experience in communication, marketing, or community management (an asset);
• Interest in artificial intelligence and digital tools (an asset).
