Job Title: Cosmetic Specialist – Full-time

Availability: Minimum 30h/week, including evenings (9:00 PM) and weekends – flexibility in scheduling is required

Store Location: Carrefour De L'Estrie

As a cosmetic specialist and brand ambassador, you will be responsible for the in-store experience of our customers. In other words, through your knowledge, you will be able to guide our loyal customers in finding products that meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers according to Yves Rocher recommendations;
• Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and ensuring active listening; guide them to the desired products;
• Inform customers about new products, ongoing promotions, and in-store events;
• Apply recommended sales techniques by Yves Rocher;
• Participate in daily store maintenance tasks;
• Collaborate on store merchandising;
• Process transactions and handle cash according to internal procedures;
• Act as a Yves Rocher ambassador in providing excellent customer service.
