• Daytime hours, Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS);

The Technical Advisor must welcome customers and accurately identify their needs for vehicle repair and maintenance.

Tasks:

• Ensure high-quality customer service
• Know and apply manufacturer's warranty and policy guidelines;
• Address customer complaints promptly according to senior management directives;
• Be able to manage multiple incoming and outgoing vehicles (high-traffic dealership service)
• Open work orders;
• Suggest preventive maintenance recommended by the manufacturer;
• Keep a rigorous follow-up of work orders;
• Close repair orders.
• Qualified Candidate:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Advisor;
• Good knowledge of automotive mechanics;
• Strong sales skills;

Knowledge of SERTI software (an asset).

Knowledge of English (an asset)
