Produce Clerk

Produce Clerk: Messier Group is a family-owned company specializing in food retail and dedicated to its customers since 1953. Our Metro grocery stores are looking for produce clerks to join our great team.

Tasks

• Receive and count merchandise for sale.
• Prepare fruits and vegetables, pack, weigh, label, and display them.
• Update prices on displays.
• Rotate merchandise on displays.
• Provide customer service in your department.
• Follow government food safety standards.
• Wear required safety equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales surfaces such as counters, displays, etc.
• Perform any other related tasks.
