Epic Quebec is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new tenants, either by phone or in person, for industrial and commercial properties. This role requires strong customer service skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to maintain organized records while effectively communicating with potential tenants, brokers, and team members.

Duties

• Identifying, canvassing, and prospecting new potential tenants.
• Preparing marketing flyers and brochures, email blasts, posting availabilities on platforms such as LoopNet, Marketplace, etc.
• Scheduling and conducting property tours and showcasing available units to prospective tenants and brokers.
• Maintaining accurate records of communication and visits with potential tenants.
• Preparing and sending leasing proposals, negotiating lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants to secure agreements.
• Exhibiting professional phone etiquette when communicating with potential tenants.

Experience

• Previous experience is preferred, particularly in industrial and commercial leasing.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential.
