Main Tasks

• Maximize opportunities to increase sales and profits.
• Support the district manager by providing leadership and training to employees.
• Assist the district manager in hiring, recruitment, and administrative performance.
• Participate in the training of new and seasonal employees.
• Work with the district manager to plan, execute, and delegate weekly tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with the team and administration.
• Merchandise to maximize sales.
• Implement and maintain merchandising directives and standards.
• Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the district manager in achieving goals and new initiatives.
• Perform any other related tasks.
