Technical Advisor

Kanatrac Baie-Comeau is looking for a Technical Advisor. This person is the direct bridge between clients and technicians. Their responsibilities include understanding the clients' needs, addressing them, and explaining the technical aspects. They must then advise the technicians in the workshop or on the road about any issues and repairs on the Kubota machinery.

Your responsibilities will include

• Welcoming clients at the dealership and/or answering calls;
• Effectively questioning, analyzing clients' needs, and keeping them informed about necessary repairs;
• Offering and promoting different after-sales and preventive/maintenance services;
• Scheduling and booking service appointments with clients;
• Planning, coordinating, and managing the work schedule of the team of technicians in the workshop or on the road;
• Acting as an intermediary and communicating information between technicians and clients;
• Making follow-up calls, maintaining client relationships, and fostering loyalty;
• Collaborating with the parts team to ensure the availability of parts in stock or on order;
• Managing client dissatisfaction and finding win-win solutions;
• Billing and collecting payments from clients.
