Standardization Assistant

The Limonade Group is looking for a standardization and procurement assistant! This position plays a key role in the smoothness of operations and the reliability of our inventory!

For this position, you will, under the supervision of the director:

• participate in the daily management of procurement and administrative tracking
• ensure the updating of products
• track deliveries and the accuracy of product and supplier data
• support restaurants in the ''day to day''
• track restaurant orders
• Order/inventory grids
• GFS directories
• Opening of supplier accounts
• monitor inventory levels and report reordering needs
• perform certain administrative tasks related to purchases and data management
• work in pairs with suppliers

Profile sought

• 1 year of experience or more in the restaurant industry to understand the reality of kitchens;
• good time and priority management;
• great sense of organization and autonomy;
• team spirit and positive attitude;
• excellent mastery of French and good knowledge of English;
• master the office suite;
• Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
