As part of the business insurance team, the Risk Analyst for Business Insurance is responsible for analyzing insurance applications and ensuring their processing in accordance with the current subscription and pricing policies.
The person in this position also contributes to the issuance of required documents, the renewal of insurance policies, and the follow-up of files in a rigorous, structured, and customer-oriented environment.
Analysis and Subscription
- Analyze business insurance applications;
- Accept applications in accordance with the current subscription and pricing policies;
- Evaluate the information received to ensure rigorous file processing;
- Collaborate with the relevant parties to complete the necessary information for analysis.
Documents and Renewals
- Proceed with the issuance of required documents;
- Perform follow-ups related to the renewal of insurance policies;
- Ensure the compliance of the documents produced;
- Participate in the smooth running of administrative activities related to insurance files.
- Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- DEC in insurance and financial services or AEC in property and casualty insurance;
- Relevant experience in business insurance;
- Knowledge of subscription and pricing policies, an asset.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of the main software in the Microsoft Office suite;
- Proficiency with computer tools related to file processing;
- Ability to analyze technical information and apply current standards.
