General Maintenance Assistant

Aramark is looking for cleaning maintenance employees for the University of Bishop's food service

Position: General Maintenance Assistant

• Location: University of Bishop's (2600 College Street, Sherbrooke, QC, J1M 1Z7)
• Salary: $20-$22 (Based on experience)

Hours: Full-time and part-time (3 hours per day) or more, as needed, evenings and nights to be discussed during the interview

Start Date: Immediately

Job Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned areas according to Aramark and client standards.
• Sweeps and mops service areas, kitchens, and around workstations after operating hours. Summer (7pm to 10pm) and early September (10pm to 1am)
• Properly maintains cleaning equipment
• Housekeeping tasks
• Other tasks assigned by the manager
• Window cleaning
• Bathroom cleaning

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow safety procedures and basic precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Must be able to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Must have a sense of organization and diligence.
• Must be able to meet operational needs

The salary range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00.
