Dispatcher

Hello,

We are currently looking for a professional dispatcher to join our dynamic team in Laval.

Main Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails professionally.
• Take, enter, and confirm orders in the system.
• Assist the dispatcher in planning and coordinating deliveries.
• Other tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centers, or dispatching (an asset).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (spoken English an asset).
• Good proficiency in computer tools (Windows, Excel, management software).
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Team spirit, organizational skills, and autonomy.
• Friendly and dynamic.
• Knowledge of the Greater Montreal area (an asset).

Working Hours

• Working days: Monday to Friday.
• Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
• Location: On-site
