On-Call Makeup Assistant

Step into the Backstage of the Most Beautiful Days A wedding day is played out in just a few hours: the light, the laughter, the emotion of a bride discovering herself in the mirror. It is in these moments that we work.

Anne Konan Studio, a professional makeup studio based in Sainte-Rose (Laval), is looking for on-call makeup assistants to spend these days alongside the makeup artist, at weddings, events, and photo shoots.

Your Role

You are the makeup artist's right hand: setting up and breaking down the workstation, helping with equipment loading, preparing the client's skin, applying products, cleaning brushes, supporting during photo and video captures, providing a warm welcome to clients, and shining the studio's image on-site, and other related tasks. The ability to apply false lashes is an asset, and we can teach you.

The Person We Are Looking For

This role is for you if:

• you wake up early without it being a struggle
• you enjoy moving, anticipating, and serving before anyone asks
• you are punctual
• you have a reliable way to get to the studio in Sainte-Rose, even early in the morning
• you remain smiling and calm even when the pace quickens
• the beauty universe truly excites you

However, if you are looking for a fixed and predictable schedule, if carrying equipment and standing for several hours puts you off, or if weekends are your time, this role will not make you happy, and we prefer to tell you honestly.
