YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform check-ins and check-outs
• Manage phone and online reservations
• Inform clients about payment methods and verify bank details
• Record client information (contact details, stay dates, etc.)
• Welcome clients and assign rooms
• Provide information about the hotel, rooms, rates and services
• Respond to complaints professionally and effectively
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure immaculate rooms
• Confirm group bookings and coordinate services for VIPs and events (e.g. weddings)
• Offer complementary services when appropriate
• Maintain up-to-date reservation and payment records

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of a reservation software (an asset)
• Good stress management
